Welcome to the Fort Hill Attic

The growing family that owned this house needed some extra space in their brick ranch home. We took their unfinished walk-up attic and transformed it into comfortable, livable space for their children by adding two dormers, closed cell foam insulation, HVAC, drywall, a full bathroom, custom bunk beds and carpentry, and finished it off with the coziest reading corner.
