We work with you to provide clear expectations throughout the entire project, and keep you up to date on all things project-related through a user-friendly app. For us, clear and consistent communication is the most important component during the Build process. ”

Post-Build

While all SRC projects are built to last, all of our new construction projects come with a 1 year workmanship warranty. We provide plans, documents, and photographs of the build process to set you up to care for and maintain your new home. ”
